I've done a little test with y=x+3. When the graph is created I get a greyed out create table command in the ribbon. So it seems like similar behaviour as you experience Nathan.

The maximum size is a 15 x 15 matrix. Microsoft Mathematics is free software so feel free to download and try it.

In the image below you can see the Linear Algebra "commands" for the calculator.

I would like to try this for calculating square roots of large symmetric matrices. For example can anyone try this for me. You have a 16 by 16 matrix with 6's down the main diagonal and 2's everywhere else. The square root of this that I want to capture will be binary in nature. It will have six ones in each row and in each column. Hopefully it too will be symmetric but need not be.The other entries will be zero's. thanks .

Hi Andrew,

I'm glad you like the AIAIAI Y-Com in-ear headphones. I still like them a lot, but would need to order a new set of yellow earplugs. The one thing I would miss is a kind of hard plastic case to put the earphones in (when they live in my messenger bag during the day).

Looking forward to your opinion and experiences when you have the headphones a little longer and thank you for your comment (much appreciated) !!

tk max are selling these at £19 in the uk. bought a pair on spec and am really pleased with the sound. hearing bass lines that i didn't even know were there. excellent at £50 absolute steal at £19.

I'm sorry to hear you have these problems with the AIAIAI Y-Com in-ear headphones. The first parts I will need to replace are the ear-buds, which start to wear out a little. So far luckily no problems for me !

I agree they sound and fit good while looking amazing.

BUT

my first y-com last 6 months before it went mono and the switch broke. I was in Australia and the distributor sent me another after 4 months, the new one only lasted 3 months before the same problem happened again.

A great many thanks for your comment and answering my question. Excellent answers, since (1) relates to the upsite of giving up control and the definition of openness. (2) relates more to developing an open strategy and execute it.

However what about the open leadership part ? Doest Thomson Reuters train and further develop open leaders ??
